Job Description

Full Stack Engineer

We’re on the lookout for Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-paced and growing start-up that’s transforming the world as we know it! You’ll help shape the user-facing experience of our platform and play a key role in building beautiful, responsive, and accessible web applications.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement stunning, responsive, and accessible UI components using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate across teams to define and execute the technical direction of the product.
  • Work across the full stack, with a strong focus on front-end development, while contributing to backend services in Django/Python.
  • Maintain and improve the platform’s architecture to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software to enhance user experience.
  • Help shape the product strategy by collaborating closely with design, product, and other engineers.
  • Be an advocate for modern engineering practices and help mentor junior team members.

What you can bring:

  • Proven experience working as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience with backend development in Python/Django.
  • A good understanding of API design, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture.
  • A user-centric mindset with a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bias for action and ownership - you love solving real-world problems and taking the lead.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with DevOps practices and working in agile environments.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension plan
  • Private Medical and Dental cover
  • Hybrid working: 3 days a week in our Central London office
  • Be part of a small, ambitious team building something that has global impact

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you don’t tick every single box, we know great people don’t always fit into job spec checklists - so don’t let that hold you back!
