The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working in an ICT service desk environment at 2nd, 3rd line - Essential Experience of managing people and projects to deliver effective ICT technology services. - Desirable Experience of working as part of a team- Essential Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Hosting Systems (Azure). Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, LAN\WAN Networking Microsoft MCP, MCSA\MCSE or CompTIA A+ or BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners - Desirable Supporting and maintaining ICT Support As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing critical IT systems within this key public organization.
