🚀 We're Hiring: Google CCAI & Dialogflow Engineer/Developer
📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Livingston (preferred) or Osterley

Are you a talented Engineer/Developer with a passion for crafting intelligent voice experiences? We’re on the lookout for an expert in Google CCAI and Dialogflow to join our team and help shape the future of customer interaction.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing cutting-edge Google Dialogflow voice bots
- Creating seamless API integrations
- Contributing to GenAI-enabled voice bot development
- Collaborating with a talented team of developers, managers, technical principals, and architects
- Building rich customer experiences across voice, chat, and messaging channels
🛠️ What You Bring:
- Proven expertise in Google CCAI, Dialogflow, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong software development background
- Experience with GenAI voice bots is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Bonus points for knowledge of GraphQL and advanced API integration
