Mechanical Project ManagerMEP Contracting / Building ServicesCentral LondonMy client is reputable medium sized M&E contractor, specialising in commercial fit-out projects. With a track record of successful project delivery, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical for main contractors, who they have strong relationships with.We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager for a couple of exciting commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects in Central London. M&E packages valued between 3m - 5m.Experience with fit-out projects will be needed and strong Mechanical Site Managers will also be considered for this role.Some of your duties will include:Oversee the mechanical aspects of the CAT A CAT B fit-out project to ensure prominent execution from start to finish.Cordinate with the design team, consultants and sub contractors to ensure work is completed to specification.Develop and manage project schedule, budgets and resources effectively.Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Provide technical analysis and guidance to the project team, resolving any technical issues that may arise during the project life cycle.If you are interested in this role or would like to discuss any of our other M&E vacancies, please contact Tommy Smithson [email protected] type["FULL_TIME"]
