Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a Mechanical Project Management, in the North West with an ambition to become the Head of Mechanical Services? If so, this role is for you! Due to a vacancy within the company, our Head of Mechanical/Electrical Services are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their M&E team in the Northwest. You’re looking at a £60k package with some serious career progression. The Head of Services, joined the business in the same position you would be applying for. You will be managing multiple commercial projects such as hotels, schools, hospitals and museums with a value of £2-£8 million. These projects include refurbishment, maintenance and installation works, working closely with a team of estimators, subcontractors and varying team sizes. If you’re wondering who you’d be working for, they’re a well-established Mechanical, Electrical and Telecommunication contractor.
