We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you. My client are a leader in the IT Managed Services space and are always on the hunt for talent individuals with a hunger to learn and progress and a passion for IT and Tech. Key Responsibilities: * Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues * Delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond * Hands on technical problem solving approach. * Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way Key Skills: * 3+ Years MSP experience * Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID * Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019) * Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems * Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware) * Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting. * Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech * Experience or Understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable) Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Work Pattern: 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday Salary: £35,000 If you have the relevant skills above and want to join a growing and market leading MSP in the Birmingham area that can offer you further career development opportunities, training, hybrid working and a competitive contract package, we want to hear from you!
