🚀 Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React)

Join an early-stage start-up looking for their first Founding Engineer to help shape the product, tech stack, and culture from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full stack: from backend (Python/FastAPI/Django) to frontend (React/Next.js)
• Build and launch our MVP with speed and care
• Set technical direction, architecture, and best practices
• Collaborate directly with the founders on product and strategy
• Wear multiple hats in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Django) and React (or Next.js)
• Start-up mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Experience shipping real-world products end to end
• Bonus: DevOps skills, database design, or AI/ML curiosity
