Electrical Design Engineer

JOB – Electrical Engineer LOCATION – Peterborough    TERM – Permanent SALARY – £40,000 per annum A Peterborough based company are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.   The Electrical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: BEng Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant discipline. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical design for solar power systems, generators or similar. Good knowledge & experience with AC/DC systems. Good understanding of the relevant health & safety regulations. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.The duties & responsibilities will include: The electrical design & development of solar equipment & products. Creating electrical schematics & drawings. Development of existing electrical schematics & drawings. Working closely with other departments to ensure standards are being met at all times.
