Whether you're a experienced Engineer and want to learn HV test or a Seasoned professional Engineer with a passion for testing with 3+ years of experience, we have an opportunity that’s just right for you. What You’ll Do: * Conduct both static and dynamic electrical tests on a wide range of equipment, from LV to HV. * Lead by example, promoting a strong "Safety First" culture within the team. * Manage and maintain comprehensive electrical test records and reports. * Champion a "Right First Time" and "On Time Delivery" ethos to ensure exceptional quality. * Ensure the workspace and company materials reflect our high standards and professionalism. What You Bring: * HNC in Electrical Engineering (preferred but not essential for junior roles). * Experience with large rotating plant systems. * In-depth knowledge of “motor and generator testing methods”, including static and dynamic testing. * Strong analytical and fault-finding skills to tackle complex testing challenges. * A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills. * Competitive salary: £35k to train you (you will need good all round knowledge to be considered), up to £45k+ for experienced engineers. * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment. * Be part of a team that values innovation, safety, and quality in every aspect of the job.
