Lead Electrical Engineer

Lead Electrical Engineer Area: Manchester Salary: up to £45,000 + van & fuel card. We currently have a great opportunity for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join an existing team of engineers covering commercial offices. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading a team of engineers with over 60% of the day to day off the tools. Job specific responsibilities: * Carry out/delegate and update all maintenance responsibilities including but not limited to all legal compliance tasks * Reviewing risk assessments and method statements * Issuing and closing out permits to works * Arrangement of RAMS * Managing the day-to-day schedules of the engineers * Writing of PPM schedules * Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors * Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments Qualifications / Experience: * NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification * 18th Edition * Good knowledge of building services * Client facing experience * Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities If this role as a Lead Electrical Engineer is of interest please apply or alternatively, call the HVAC office and ask for Bev
