Senior Flutter Developer
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in East London office
Salary: £85,000–£100,000 + quarterly bonus
Type: Full-time, permanent
Reporting to: Head of Engineering
Sponsorship: Tier 2 visa sponsorship available (UK-based only, no relocation support)
My client is an innovative, fast-scaling business in the consumer sector, currently looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to take a lead role in the growth of their mobile app product. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile engineer to take ownership of a high-impact codebase while shaping features and best practices in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
What the role involves:
· Leading the delivery of complex features and technical solutions for the mobile app
· Maintaining and improving the quality, performance, and health of the codebase
· Working closely with Product, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless experiences
· Providing technical mentorship and support to other engineers in the team
· Reporting on progress and priorities to senior leadership
Key experience required:
· 3+ years of commercial Flutter development
· 4–5 years of mobile app development (iOS or Android)
· 7+ years of overall software engineering experience
· Strong understanding of scalable mobile architecture and engineering best practices
· Experience working in fast-moving product teams or startups
