With strong order books, investment in new kit, and a growing team, it's a great time to join and help shape the next phase of growth.Your RoleAs Production Manager, you'll be responsible for running the day-to-day manufacturing operation-leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring that every job hits spec, hits schedule, and hits the mark.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production across multiple cells and processes (presswork, fabrication, welding)
• Drive daily performance on output, quality, safety, and delivery
• Develop a strong, motivated shopfloor team with clear goals and accountability
• Identify and deliver process improvements-lean, flow, waste reduction
• Work closely with planning, engineering, and quality to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution

What You'll Bring

• Solid experience in a hands-on Production or Operations Management role in a fabrication or engineering environment
• Background in metal forming, welding, or assembly is a strong advantage
• Natural leader-firm but fair, clear communicator, builds trust and respect on the shopfloor
• Strong understanding of KPI management, workflow planning, and lean principles
• Calm under pressure, sleeves rolled up, and driven to deliver results
